Digital Goods (eBooks and Audiobooks)
- No Refunds for Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital goods being instant downloads, we generally do not offer refunds for eBooks or audiobooks. We encourage our customers to review their selections carefully before making a purchase.
- Exception for Duplicate Purchases: The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of duplicate purchases of the same digital item. If you accidentally purchase the same eBook or audiobook more than once within a 24-hour period, we will issue a refund for the duplicate item(s). Please notify us within 7 days of your order to be eligible for this refund.
- Samples: For your convenience, we provide free samples of all eBooks on the product pages. We encourage you to read these samples before making your purchase to ensure the eBook meets your expectations.
- Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the digital products selected are compatible with their devices and meet their needs. We are not responsible for incompatibility issues or dissatisfaction with content.
- Refund Process: To initiate a refund for a duplicate purchase, please contact us with your order details and proof of purchase. We aim to process refund requests within 7 business days.
Print Books
- Damaged or Defective Books: If you receive damaged or defective print books, we will provide a replacement order with free shipping or a refund if you notify us within 30 days of your order's shipment date. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective items as proof.
- Failed Delivery: If your order fails to arrive, we will offer a replacement order with free shipping or a refund. Please notify us within 30 days of your order's shipment date.
- Refund Process: To report damaged, defective, or undelivered books, please contact us with your order details and proof of purchase. We aim to process refund or replacement requests within 7 business days.
- Conditions for Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for print books that have been significantly used or if the damage was caused by the customer.
